The last time I was doing Pilates I didn't have a set schedule mainly because my newborn didn't have one either so that made it harder to stick with it. Since then, ...I started exercising on the New year. Since then, I worked out on my man's water rower (an AMAZING thing, try it, you might like it, even if you hate exercising), went ice-skating and swimming and it feels good. What I love most about exercise is that it helps me sleep a lot. No worrying before falling asleep, just dropping to bed pleasantly exhausted.<br /><br />And by the way, I ate salad for dinner today :) Maybe if you try adding pieces of chicken or a boiled egg into your salad, it will not feel so salady :) Stick with it and be healthy and your kid will take a healthy lifestyle into her life with her :) You might inspire loads of people around you.
