Old packaging |
To make things a ton easier for everyone, now all of my wire wrapped jewelry and scrabble tile necklaces will come packaged in complementary kraft boxes tied with cute baker's twine (isn't baker's twine just awesome?) and salt dough leaf tags (that I made myself, so cute!) for easy peasy gift giving!
Now I haven't forgotten about my vintage style jewelry and I am finally out of those organza bags! I still liked the idea of a cute jewelry pouch but it had to reflect my style and I was going to be uber picky about it! That's when I feel in love with natural unbleached muslin fabric pouches. They also gave me a wonderful excuse to break in my brand new tree stamp and improve my branding at the same time! Aren't they just adorable?
I'm super excited about my new and improved packaging! For any of you fellow Etsy sellers how has your packaging evolved?
I absolutely love the muslin pouches & the totally cool boxes!!! Fantastic!!

Thanks!
DeleteThe muslin bags are awesome!!! Our family is going to be trying those out with our Christmas gifts this year. And those leaf tags are way cool! Your packaging is way more personal now, and I love it. Great job, and keep up the good work!

That's a great idea for Christmas gifts! Thank you for your kind words!
DeleteWow!!! I really really love them!!! how do you ship your jewelry in bags without being squished? (I ask because I also sell jewelry and only send in boxes, for safety, but maybe bags could work too!
ReplyDeleteOne more question (sorry haha) just yesterday I was looking at some stamps; can you stamp textile? is it a special kind of ink?
ReplyDeleteI buy my ink from myrubberstamp.etsy.com along with my stamps. It's permanent on fabric, I tested it! And as for jewelry getting squished I've never had a problem. My wire wrapped and scrabble tiles go in boxes because they're more delicate, the vintage style is tougher and I ship in bubble mailers as well. Never had a problem!
DeleteWow! Amazing packaging! I love packaging that is earthy.
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love your packaging Heather! What a great way to improve your branding and enhance your buyer's experience at the same time!
ReplyDeleteThank you! The best part is since I made salt dough and made the leaf tags myself they cost me hardly anything and look wonderful! Not to mention they're pretty durable and last basically forever. Waaaay better than buying ceramic ones!
