I've Been Tagged

I've been tagged by Megan from Megan's Beaded Designs as a part of a fun (and sigh educing) game for bloggers so our readers can learn strange or mundane facts about the blogger behind the blog.  Don't get too excited now.

Once you're tagged, you must follow the rules:
  1. You must post the rules
  2. Answer the questions the tagger set for you
  3. Create 8 new questions for the people you will tag
  4. Tag 8 bloggers with a link to your post
  5. Let them know they've been tagged
Here's what Megan asked me, along with my answers:
  1. What are you going to dress up as for Halloween this year? (And if you aren’t going to dress up, do you know how lame you are?)  I do know how lame I am; my daughter is going to be a spider princess though, whatever that is.
  2. If you had to choose just one: coffee or tea? Tea, Spiced Chai to be exact, yuuuum!
  3. What’s the BEST vacation destination you’ve ever been to? I've been all over but the best has to be Copper Harbor, MI.  I adore it there and want to move there if not for the 309,847 feet of snow they get.
  4. Which Disney character do you resonate most with, and why?  I really don't care about Disney, skip.
  5. What’s your favorite piece of life-advice?  Kill them with kindness.  Nothing pisses off jealous minded "haters" more than smiling and being nice when they least deserve it.  It may be difficult at first but it's fun to watch them squirm am I right?
  6. How annoyed with me are you that you’ve been tagged?  Not really, I welcome the distraction from things I should be doing rather than writing this post.
  7. What’s your favorite season, and why? Spring.  Things are turning green, flowers are budding, winter is done and it's not freakishly hot yet.
  8. What book do you recommend most often?  I'm not usually one for hype but I've been recommending The Hunger Games series.  The movie was cool and all but you gotta read the books!  And by the way I read all the books before I even knew the movie was coming out so that makes me even cooler.
And now here's the questions for the unlucky people I'll be tagging:
  1. If you could visit anywhere in the world, regardless of cost, where would it be and why?
  2. If you could eat only one kind of food for a month what would it be?
  3. What did you want to be when you were a little kid and why?
  4. What's a bad habit you should give up?
  5. Is there a celebrity or famous person that you are really sick of hearing about and who is it?
  6. What's your favorite author or book?
  7. What's the worst piece of advice you've been given and followed?
  8. What is a funny or weird fact about yourself that no many people know?
And lastly, from the list of blogs I follow, here's the unlucky bloggers I've tagged.  I apologize for the torture I have bestowed upon you (or am I?) ;)

  1. I love that your daughter is going to be a spider princess. I'm not sure that that is either, but it cracked me up.

Also - cannot rave ENOUGH about the hunger games. I too read them before the movie was coming out, but I knew they HAD to be making a film adaption after I read them anyway, so I guess we get to be cool together. :-)

    Great responses and new questions!

    1. The costume is a black and red witch/vampire looking dress with glittery spiderwebs painted all over with with a spider headband. It's cute but it's kinda like ok, who was drunk when they made this?

Yay for being cool together! lol!

  3. This is awesome. :) It's always fun to find out tidbits of info you didn't know about the people you follow. Fist pump in the air to spiced Chai tea! I think you asked some great questions too.

  5. Love to see little bits of information about others! I'm not to far from Copper Harbor Michigan. Might be someplace to add to my list.

    1. Thank you for checking it out! And yes, add Copper Harbor to your list! If you love peace and quiet and being outdoors it's heaven :) Watching the sun rise and sunset on top of Brockway Mountain is amazing too! My husband and I had coffee up there and watched the mist rise around us. Very cool!
